Jana is a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master
Jana spends a few minutes before each session to get to know you and to make you feel at ease. then incorporates sound and breathwork into her healing sessions and then spends time with you to discuss your experiences and what blockages she encountered during the session.
Distance Reiki Healing Sessions are available and just as effective.

Jana's path of self discovery and healing of the mind, body and soul led her to breathwork and the amazing benefits it has. Jana is deeply enthusiastic about imparting her expertise and knowledge in various techniques. She shares her knowledge and expereince in her healing sessions as well as group sessions.
